Job Overview
Fleet Management and Analysis (FM&A) and Ground Transportation will partner with Fleet Management and Analysis in developing installation support efforts.
Work Model : Onsite / Office-Based
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Collect, accumulate, store, and input maintenance and operations data into / from On-Line Vehicle Interactive Management System (OLVIMS), Federal Motor Vehicle Registration System (FMVRS), Transaction Request Tool (TRT), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Logistics, Installations and Mission Support Enterprise View (LIMS-EV) Vehicle View IAW 24-302 and AFCSM 24-1.
- Provide FM&A capability to manage the efficient and economic operation of the wing vehicle fleet IAW AFI 24-302.
- Manage fleet accountability, conduct fleet management / maintenance analysis, oversight, and scheduling of vehicle preventative maintenance / special inspection schedules.
- Establish and manage the Vehicle Control Program (VCP).
- Manage work order, labor tracking, costing and calculations and translates to the DPAS M&U Playbook.
- Continually monitor vehicle data integrity / quality / accuracy using LIMS-EV Vehicle View.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory :
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience or equivalent training in FM&A and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) operations and or equivalent accounting systems and procedure.
- Must have experience establishing and managing the Vehicle Control Program (VCP).
- Must understand scheduling of vehicle preventative maintenance and special inspection schedules.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and / or drug testing required on the contract.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
