Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Microsoft Office PowerApps Developer (Developer, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location.
As a member of the Systems Coordination and Implementation (SCI) team, the Microsoft PowerApps Developer will be responsible for working within a team to help modernize operations by automating various processes that integrate across numerous applications.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company / contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Microsoft Apps automations while focusing on scalability and extensibility
Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with PowerApps
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and automate the process using PowerApps
Follow best practices and assert standards are met throughout the automation lifecycle
Perform requirements elicitation and analysis via various techniques (user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc.)

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years overall information technology professional experience as an analyst or programmer or business / process analyst
Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Access
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Great analytical and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and autonomously and take initiative without being directed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Federal accounting / financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures
Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automations created with PowerApps
Prior experience supporting Agile and standard Software Development Life cycles
Familiarity with ISO-9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

All personnel provided under this task order must be able to either possess or obtain a security clearance of Secret or Top Secret, to be issued by Department of State, Diplomatic Security

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $84,750 - $103,500 per year.
