Digital Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

Location : Carrollton, TexasJob Type : PermanentCompensation Range : $55,000 - 60,000 per yearWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team and contribute to our growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products.

This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities : Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.Develop and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including creating graphics and producing videos.

Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO.Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.Create, curate, and manage published content (image, video, written).

Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Qualifications : Experience level : ExperiencedBachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

At least 3-4 years of relevant online marketing experience.Familiarity with B2B and B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO / SEM.

Working knowledge of ad serving, social, and web analytic tools.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Demonstrable social networking skills.Skills and experience in creative content writing.Excellent analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.

Excellent organization and time management skills.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.
