What you'll do :
The Customer Service Representative will be handling customer inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound efforts.
The Customer Service Representative performs a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation.
What we are looking for :
- Responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
- Required to perform a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents
- Contacts prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products
- Communicates effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments
- Multi-task effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
What you will need :
- 2+ years of relevant inside sales experience preferred
- College education preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment
- Able to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts
Compensation : Hourly range for new hires is generally $21.00 - $24.00 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
