Role Overview : As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our client’s accounts receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of receivables, billing, and collections.
This pivotal role requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience within an accounts receivable environment, coupled with an accounting degree.
Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and mentor a team of A / R specialists, providing leadership and guidance.
Streamline A / R processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and collections activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accounting standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable principles and practices.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
