Brentwood Services is seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to our sales, marketing, and managed care teams.
Experience working with a third-party administrator (TPA) for workers’ compensation and liability claims services and preparing responses to proposals is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of risk management and insurance is critical. Brentwood seeks a candidate with a strong ability to manage their time effectively and work independently with proficiency in multiple competencies related to the job is essential for success in this role.
Must be willing to work in the physical Brentwood Services headquarters office, located in Brentwood, Tennessee with the option for a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following :
Assemble presentation materials
Prepare, organize, bind, and submit responses to request for proposals (RFPs)
Monitor the release of RFPs on various submission sites for TPA services
Assist with report creation for current client requests
Assist with report creation for managed care services
Assist in miscellaneous marketing administrative tasks (i.e., LinkedIn content creation, client gifts, etc.)
Work closely with our corporate counsel to generate contracts for new client accounts and renewing client accounts
Update sales spreadsheets as needed
Provide excellent customer service to clients with the opportunity for account management
Ad hoc tasks; understanding that every day is different
