What You Will Be Doing :

• Responsible for RSR's and loaders, training new RSR's, assist with basket resets, and covering open routes until new RSR's are trained.
• Follow procedures and good business practices that will enable a route to grow to its potential.
• Work closely with customer and support all sales initiatives to achieve expectations.
• Responsible for customer development with regard to ordering, merchandising, and display opportunities.
• Responsible for route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers to assist them in understanding the promotional activity and understand what our customer delivery expectations are.
• Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with any contract terms and requirements.
• Assist customer relations to include selling of new products, and space / position gains.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Represent BBU as a leader in the baking industry.
• Route Relief covers Vacation, LOA, Absenteeism, etc and will have the opportunity to grow into a Route Sales Professional position if desired.

Position Requirements :

Position Requirements :

• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs as well as ability to push / pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and solve customer issues as they arise.
• Previous experience in DSD operations and / or route sales is a plus.
• Basic computer skills. (HHC Ordering System).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
