Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative to work independently.
- Professional phone and email correspondence skills.
- Keep strict client and company confidentiality
- Support the CEO on business and client matters
- Respond to clients in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on client needs and questions and ensure a response is provided
- Alert and follow up with CEO on urgent or outstanding client matters
- Perform day to day administrative and clerical functions
- Ensure calendar is updated
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Perform support tasks for other team members, as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant office experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe, Teams, Monday.com a plus
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with good phone / email etiquette
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Type : Full-time; Ability to work remote 1-2 days a week upon completion of training
