Responsibilites include, but are not limited to :
- Follow the daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning schedule for the dining room, bar, bathroom, and basement prep to ensure that Mace is fully cleaned prior to open.
- Maintain the storefront and sidewalk area including the seasonal outdoor seating area.
- Maintain the stock of cleaning supplies and alert the Chef when items need to be replenished.
- Review and receive deliveries and ensure that all items listed on the invoice are present.
- Work in conjunction with the prep team to put deliveries into the appropriate places.
- Practice a safety- first approach to all tasks.
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift up 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be available work weekends and some holidays.
