You will require demonstrated experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Additional experience with motion and interaction design software is preferred.

Responsibilities can include : Participating in conceptualization developing preliminary concepts into refined comprehensive design solutionsWorking on logo designs, visual systems, guidelines and presentations both individually and as part of a teamSupporting the production and coordination of design auditsConducting background research on identity and create mood boards for projectsBringing brand stories to life through print, digital interaction, animation and motion designQualifications : Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent portfolio of workAn understanding of how to apply basic design principles to creative workDemonstrated creative ability across a range of static, dynamic and interactive mediaStrong technical abilities in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopProficiency in motion / film editing software such as After Effects and Cinema 4D and / or interaction design software is preferredStrong organizational skills and an ability to set priorities and manage timeStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideasAbout LippincoLippincott is a creative consultancy specializing in brand and innovation.

The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
