A Partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Marketing Associate to their organization. In this role, you will help create, execute, and monitor campaigns that drive customer growth and loyalty.
You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer acquisition, repeat buying habits as well as uncovering opportunities derived from analytics.
You must also have a broad knowledge of the latest marketing technology, digital advertising, social media platforms, live streams, as well as a strong understanding of customer buying habits.
Lastly, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Key Responsibilities :
- You will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of customer acquisition, as well as have an analytical mind and a creative eye for opportunity.
- Develop and execute groundbreaking social media strategies to amplify followers and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage and monitor daily social media activities with precision, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Stay ahead of the curve with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.
- Develop and execute Email / Marketing weekly campaigns to drive customer growth and loyalty
- Daily Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement
- Deep understanding in marketing technology and digital advertising to maximize customer acquisition / retention
- Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns that support marketing goals and product launches.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
