Job Overview :
As a Senior Copywriter on our dynamic in-house marketing team, you'll help shape and drive our narrative. Your role is to create disruptive, engaging ad copy that cuts through the noise and gets results.
You will help bring our mission to life by crafting content that resonates across multiple platforms, from digital ads to email campaigns to product copy and more.
Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will be instrumental in evolving our brand story and driving engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Craft disruptive ad copy drives results across various platforms, including Meta, Google, retargeting platforms and more.
- Champion our brand voice and mission through compelling educational and promotional copy.
- Ideate and produce fresh, engaging copy for new product listings, email marketing, blog posts, retailer / partner sites, event promotion and more.
- Pay obsessive attention to narrative consistency, voice, tone and accuracy of content.
- Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform copywriting decisions.
- Collaborate with social and creative teams to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, Creative Writing, Journalism or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably with big brands in the home furnishings, decor, sleep and wellness, sustainability, or parenting spaces.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an impeccable eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to write in established brand voices and connect authentically with target audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO basics and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborative work ethic and ability to be flexible and responsive in a fast-paced work environment.
- A passion for sustainability and organic products is a plus!
