Our client is a prestigious and rapidly expanding law firm with offices inMaryland DC Virginia & Florida. A successful candidate willbe able to assist during all phases of the immigration process andwilling to provide a highquality level of client support.
You willprepare and file several forms with different immigration agenciesand work closely with the supervising attorneys.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Preparing andfiling applications with USCIS including but not limited tofamilybased petitions adjustment of status provisional waiversnaturalization andUVisas.
- Preparingand filing applications with the Immigration Court with highemphasis on asylum and cancellation of removalapplications.
- Draftingmotions for filing with the Immigration Court such as Motions toChange Venue Motions to Consolidate Motions to Substitute Counseletc.
- Communicatingwith clients to gather evidence and information in support of theircase.
- Draftingaffidavits with clients in support of theircase.
- Electronicallyfile applications and requests with different immigration agenciesincluding but not limited to : FOIA requests with USCIS andelectronic filing of applications and motions with the ImmigrationCourt.
- Organizingand managing casedeadlines.
- Enterinformation documents and notes into case managementsoftware.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bilingual(Spanish andEnglish)
- MinimumEducation : College Education orequivalent
- ImmigrationParalegal experience (At least 1 year ofexperience)
