We are seeking an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on optimizing search engine performance and pay-per-click advertising.
The SEO & PPC Specialist will be responsible for driving traffic, maximizing ROI, and enhancing our brand’s digital presence.
This role requires a highly technical, creative, and ethical individual who thrives in a metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page / off-page SEO techniques.
- Oversee the performance and results of paid advertising efforts, including Google Ads and social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget focused on digital advertising and SEO, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and business development teams to support referral and sales channel growth.
- Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the industry.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in SEO and PPC management, with a strong understanding of online advertising.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing large marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
