Inside Sales Consultant :

What you will do :

  • Work in a growing, fast-paced company consulting with business professionals to recommend a strategic training solution to address business problems.
  • Use outbound marketing techniques of 50+ calls and emails to existing customers and leads a day to generate interest in eLearning.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to consult with clients and recommend solutions.
  • Assist customers with solving business issues through training solutions.
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with clients.
  • Apply coaching techniques to improve quality of each conversation.

Qualifications :

  • Ability to take feedback and apply it.
  • Ability to work forty hours a week.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.
  • Microsoft outlook suite experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work hybrid schedule; some work is completed in the Mission office and some work is remote in a dedicated home office.
