Your role in our mission
- Strengthen the quality and smooth running of important projects as we create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for our company and our client.
- Lead small to medium project teams with assisting in managing components of a larger technological program.
- Organize project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives.
- Prepare detailed statements of work through project deliverables; gain acceptance and stakeholder approval on the scope of work.
- Participate in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures.
- Manage project schedules and scope, assist in creating the project budget, oversee deliverables for quality and assist in staffing projects.
- Perform ongoing review of project status; identify and mitigate risk through status reporting and project updates to ensure project timeliness and quality.
- Manage client, leadership, and project team expectations for performance by obtaining, communicating, and monitoring project metrics.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives related to a broader business transformation through a full project management life cycle.
- 3+ years of Medicaid experience preferred.
- Knowledge of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software.
- Strong knowledge in project management methodology; certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Experience in utilizing Jira for project management.
- Ability to translate broader objectives of a project into clear and achievable milestones.
- Strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly.
- Influencer who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate functional individual contributors to action.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks quickly.
- Leadership to train, guide, and mentor the work of junior colleagues.

The pay range for this position is $64,900.00 - $92,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
