MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The following qualification(s) MUST be met and clearly detailed on the Saratoga Springs application form on or before the last filing date :
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and ONE (1) YEAR of full time paid experience in school transportation or a related dispatch field.

Degree must have been awarded by a college or university by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the US Department of Education / US Secretary of Education.

DUTIES :
The main function of this position is to provide clerical support to the Saratoga Springs Enlarged School District Transportation Department;
including the communication of information to the staff, parents, and public regarding transportation issues.
- Supervision is not a responsibility of this position.
- The works is performed under the Administrative direction of the Transportation Director and Assistant Transportation Director.
The incumbent does related work as required.
