Adjunct Faculty for Psychology and Behaviorl & Social Sciences

The Psychology Department at Bethel University is seeking adjunct faculty to fill both online and classroom teaching positions when needed.

Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate-level courses in the Psychology program and some courses in the Sociology program, advising students, promoting the Psychology program to prospective students, contributing to Psychology program assessment, mentoring, and participating positively in the Bethel College community.

Candidates must have a Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith in coursework. Ideal candidates must show evidence of teaching excellence, good interpersonal skills, scholarly pursuits, and the ability to be culturally relevant to traditional-aged students.

Qualifications :

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical / Counseling Psychology or Social Work is preferred

Candidates with a Master of Social Work and LCSW will be considered.

Applicants should hold a strong Christian faith, demonstrate the ability to integrate Christian faith in coursework, and maintain a personal and professional commitment to our mission and Covenant of Lifestyle.

Church Affiliation :
