Role :
- Oversee a caseload of ABA clients ranging in ages 2-adolescence children with Autism
- Educate and collaborate with Parents and other family members
- Report to owner and program supervisor (BCBA)
- Encouraged to continue education
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct client 1 : 1 care in home, community or school settings
- Use naturalistic training techniques, following behavior treatment plans
- Maintaining caseload documentation-session notes
- Ensure progress across goals and in multiple settings
- Support goals with evidence-based research
- Create engaging program and curriculum design that is individualized for client
- Participate in collaboration with other service providers and family members
- Maintain HIPAA guidelines
- Attend monthly check-in with senior staff to review progress and goals
Required Experience
- BA / BS in Education, ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- At least one year of experience working with children with autism and experience with ABA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pass background screening
Location WBC is located in Bothell / Mill Creek area. Mainly hours will be held at clients home / community setting in the Bothell area (5 days a week).
