Pay Rate : Pay is $18.54 / hr, + shift premiums (15%) for night shift Shift and Schedule : Shift 1 - Days (Floater) Monday to Friday.
Start Time 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM. What we offer : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and Paid Holidays. Benefits start after 30 days of employment.
Job duties : Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining. Collecting and evaluating operating data to condon-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
Improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits : Great attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Judgment and initiative in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
Verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Military training in a technical field such as Electronics, Mechanical, or similar Technical field preferred Certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, or related field of study preferred Experience in mechanical and / or electrical maintenance, manufacturing environment, semiconductor environment or related field is preferred Candidate must be willing to : Work in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE - face mask or respirator, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
Lift up to 25 lbs Spend the majority of the time (greater than 90%) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and / or standing, or sitting for 9 hours.
