I'm partnering with an organization on the South side of the metro to help them find the right person for this Senior Payroll Administrator position.

This organization is offering the hybrid office environment (after training) with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR :
- Payroll Administrator Process bi-weekly Payroll for 800+ US Employees across multiple locations
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and more
- Payroll Administrator partners closely with the HR department on resolving payroll discrepancies and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with new hire reporting and payroll data reporting
- Payroll Administrator identifies and implements process improvements
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR :
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 6+ Years Overall Experience, 4+ Years Payroll Experience
- ADP Workforce Now (or similar) Experience required
- Complex Payroll Processing Experience - Multiple Subsidiaries and Locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
