Head of Auto Collections

A company is looking for a Head of Auto Collections to lead operations across the delinquency lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Set strategy and define auto collections vision in collaboration with leadership

Oversee daily collections operations and ensure compliance and efficiency

Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in auto collections

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in consumer auto finance collections

5+ years in a leadership role with successful collections strategy implementation

Deep knowledge of auto collections and regulatory requirements

Experience leveraging automation and digital strategies in collections

Bachelor's degree preferred
