Key Requirements :

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice (3 years ideal).
Preference for Plaintiff-side experience, though not mandatory.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Must be licensed to practice in New Mexico.

What We Offer :

Work Structure : No billable hours; 40-hour work week with responsibility for your deadlines.
Compensation : $75,000 - $125,000 (negotiable for more experienced attorneys).
