The Casper District Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pipeline construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
From coordinating with subcontractors to managing on-site personnel, the Pipeline Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of our projects.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, and oversee pipeline construction activities in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise on-site personnel, including laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractor crews.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, addressing them promptly to minimize delays.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and making adjustments as needed to stay within budgetary goals.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in pipeline construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in pipeline construction.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, including OSHA ans PHMSA regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
- Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A Testing
