The Role
We are looking for a Systems and Network Support Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients local to Phoenix and surrounding areas. You will provide high-level remote and on-site support for your designated clients.
You will also be overseeing the onboarding for a large client with multiple properties. We expect this role to do a lot of on-site work over the next few months including site and network survey, configuration, and setup.
Other responsibilities include :
Interact with CTS staff, clients, and service desk technicians via a variety of mediums (phone, email, ticketing system, Teams, in-person, text, etc.
to gain an understanding of issues, share information, and provide needed assistance to achieve high-quality results
Communicate with vendors as needed to assist in problem resolution
Provide guidance and assistance to local partners and vendors performing onsite support
Maintain up-to-date documentation of clients’ IT infrastructure
Assist CSS as needed with network onboarding for new clients
Special projects as assigned
Complete continuing education programs when available
Qualifications :
Strong understanding and demonstrated business level support for Microsoft related technologies (M365, Active Directory, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting, maintaining and installing servers and networking equipment (Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Switches, Wireless)
Network cabling experience is a big plus
MSP experience is a plus
Property Management or Multifamily industry experience is a HUGE plus
CompTIA A+ and Network+ or similar certifications required
Excellent customer service, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
Ability to communicate technical or complex concepts in a simple, straightforward manner
Other Requirements :
This is a hybrid work set up : work from home with frequent local travel around the Phoenix and surrounding areas.
Candidate must be willing to use their personal vehicle that is reliable.
Candidate must have a dedicated workspace at home with minimal disruptions.
HR Information :
Salary : $60,000-$65,000 annually
Full-time position
Mileage reimbursement for onsite travel
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance provided (100% coverage for employees, 50% coverage for dependents)
Schedule : Mondays-Fridays, 9am-6pm MT with 1 hour lunch
