Position : Lead Bartender
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic lead bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership qualities to oversee our bar operations effectively.
With expertise spanning cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and more, you'll consistently deliver unparalleled hospitality. This is an hourly plus tipped position.
What We're Looking For :
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory, staff supervision, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Recruit, train, and schedule bar staff
- Create innovative drink menus and promotions to attract customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer to assist guests with choices
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team
- Strong knowledge of bar operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes in the restaurant industry
