About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) / Training Coordinator to play a key role in the rollout of a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

This position will involve collaborating closely with our PLM Product Owner and cross-functional teams to ensure quality testing and effective user training in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create detailed QA testing plans and scripts based on project requirements.
  • Execute QA test plans and document results to ensure product quality.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to keep users unblocked and informed.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive user training materials in various formats (text, images, video) using custom delivery software.
  • Liaise with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to manage testing and training schedules.
  • Track and report on the completeness of testing and training to synthesize actionable updates for the project team.
  • Align diverse stakeholders on testing and training strategies and best practices.
  • Measure and share outcomes from training phases to inform future rollouts.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA tester or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical issues and communicate them to non-technical team members effectively.
  • Excellent documentation skills for test cases and user guides.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
  • Positive attitude with an enthusiastic, can-do outlook.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
