Staff overseeing : Develop and implement staff schedules, and provide ongoing support and guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
Regulatory Compliance : The administrator is responsible for staying informed about licensing requirements, safety standards, health regulations, and other legal obligations.
Must ensure that the facility meets all necessary guidelines and undergoes regular inspections to maintain compliance.
Curriculum Oversight : This is a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and activities.
This includes collaborating with teaching staff to create age-appropriate curriculum, help with organizing special events and outings and evaluating the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
