Quantum Rise is a rapidly scaling AI start-up offering consulting and product development capabilities to high growth organizations.

The offerings will range from strategic advice and due diligence through full AI product development. We are building our client delivery team and are looking for a talented and experienced Consulting Services Lead to act as a functional leader for our consulting team.

Position Summary

The Consulting Services Lead at Quantum Rise will play a pivotal role in supporting the stand-up of new offerings and contributing to ongoing client delivery working hand in hand with our data science and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, strategic consulting, and team leadership. This role will involve guiding clients through the development and implementation of AI strategies, managing consulting projects, and leading a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate AI strategy and delivery progress.
• Develop comprehensive AI and automation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Mentor and guide a team of consultants, providing professional development opportunities and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologies.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential new business opportunities and areas for service expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, with at least 3 years of team leadership experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading AI strategy projects and teams.
• Experience in data and / or data science projects, demonstrating an ability to understand and leverage data insights in business contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and competitive research.
