Job Description :
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements :
- Current RN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
