Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Answer incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Product / Service Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Issue Resolution : Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, provide effective solutions, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Documentation : Record all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
