Location : Charlotte, NC

Introduction

Join our dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of new lines of business in Markets. This position requires a proactive and skilled professional with extensive experience in performance testing and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in LoadRunner.
  • Proficient in using VUGen 12 or later for advanced test script development.
  • Skilled in developing scripts using HTTP / HTML, MQ, Java, and TruClient protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of Splunk for enhanced load test analysis.
  • Solid understanding of software development and architecture concepts, including .NET and Java / JEE.
  • Flexibility to work hours supporting APAC and EMEA teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Practical experience with Agile tools and methodologies, including Horizon JIRA and Horizon Confluence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify critical concerns for escalation to management.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with a positive and proactive approach.

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Independently manage tasks from project initiation to completion.
  • Lead performance defect triage meetings and drive solutions.
  • Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders for root cause analysis of issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Design test strategies, load scenarios, and test plans.
  • Execute load tests to meet target requirements.
  • Monitor system and application metrics to analyze and identify bottlenecks.
