Job Summary
- Restore patients' function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities in the home and healthcare facility setting.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality care.
Education and / or Experience :
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program preferred.
- One or more years of relevant experience preferred.
Licensure / Certification / Registration :
- Licensed by the State as a Physical Therapist required.
- Additional state licenses may be required.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
Work Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay : $35.00 - $53.00 per hour
