Description of the role :
The PBX Operator at HR Employer Solutions Group in West Palm Beach, Florida is responsible for operating the company's PBX telephone system.

- Maintain call logs and documentation of call details.
- Follow company procedures and protocols for call handling and transferring.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
- Prior experience as a PBX Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneous and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in call handling and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using telephone systems and technology.
