JobDescription :

We are seeking a SeniorSQL Developer with a strong passion for data analysis softwaredevelopment and a desire to learn new technologies.

The idealcandidate will work directly with experienced leads and businessresources to deliver highquality solutions. This role will involvedesigning implementing and working with various datasystems.

RequiredSkills :

Database andProgramming Proficiency :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle databasescapable of writing complex SQL queries and developing complexPL / SQL objects including DML and DDL.
• Strongexperience with database and SQL performance tuning.
• Proficient in data modeling and data visualization tools(Preferred : Tableau / Power BI).
• Workingknowledge of ETL practices (Preferred : InformaticaPentaho).
• Excellent understanding of databasemanagement systems (DBMS).
• Strongtroubleshooting and debugging skills with complex DML.
• Expertlevel SQL querying and database manipulation withlarge datasets.
• Ability to debug andtroubleshoot logical and functional coding errors.

Development Tools andMethodologies :

• Familiaritywith code repositories ideally Git.
• Experiencewith continuous integration tools preferably Jenkins.
• Knowledge of relational database designs ISDMmethodologies database security (rolebased) and query tools such asTOAD SQL Developer or SQL Navigator.

Technical and AnalyticalSkills :

• Proficiency inUnified Modeling Language (UML) for documenting systemarchitecture.
• Creative problemsolvingabilities with foresight into potential issues in software designsor specifications.
• Excellent interpersonalskills to build effective working relationships collaborate andcommunicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Knowledge Skills &Abilities :

• 5 years ofIntegrated Eligibility experience with experience developingreports for federal agencies (e.g. SNAP / TANF / Medicaid).
• Experience in designing developing maintaining andsupporting various databasedriven reporting initiatives.
• Strong skills in data validation quality assurance andreferential integrity.
• Experience withEnterprise Workflow Management Tools such as JIRA andServiceNow.
• Advanced knowledge of datavisualization technologies such as Tableau.

Certifications and AgilePractices :

• Oraclecertification(s) are a plus.
• Familiarity withAgile methodologies particularly Scrum XP and Kanban.

Web and FrontEndDevelopment :

Experience inXML CSS and JavaScript frameworks (such as JQuery AngularJS NodeJSor React) for web development.

Industry Knowledge :

• Experience with environmental regulatoryprocesses is beneficial.
• Understanding of thetechnical environment is advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in information technology Data Analyticsor Computer Science with 710 years of relevantexperience.
