We're currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow Canady’s Service System approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Provide multiple options to customers based on thorough evaluations of their plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and obtain necessary permits and inspections.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining recommended solutions and ensuring their understanding.
- Utilize company-provided technology throughout service calls for efficient documentation and communication.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred; apprentice plumbers with over two years of experience will also be considered.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills and ability to maintain an organized service truck.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business practices and customer needs.
- Ability to work varying schedules based on customer demand.
- Master's and / or Journeyman licenses preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits :
- $21-35 / HR + Incentives
