A full-service law firm serving clients throughout Florida, is seeking an Accounting Coordinator for their growing Financial Department.
The ideal candidate will have about 2 to 4 years of law firm or CPA firm experience. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain and become an expert on various banking platforms
- Handle annual filings for Unclaimed Property
- Assist in account transfers and outgoing wire approvals
- Provides backup for daily cash receipts uploads and postings
- Support the accounting department, knowledge working on General Ledgers, reconciling, putting financial reports together, posting etc.
- Prepare files and assist in monthly bank reconciliations process
- Responsible for annual reporting including necessary adjustments
- Support Senior Treasury Specialist in maintaining all bank relationships and acting as a liaison between the Firm and the banks
