Experience Desired :

A full-service law firm serving clients throughout Florida, is seeking an Accounting Coordinator for their growing Financial Department.

The ideal candidate will have about 2 to 4 years of law firm or CPA firm experience. Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and become an expert on various banking platforms
  • Handle annual filings for Unclaimed Property
  • Assist in account transfers and outgoing wire approvals
  • Provides backup for daily cash receipts uploads and postings
  • Support the accounting department, knowledge working on General Ledgers, reconciling, putting financial reports together, posting etc.
  • Prepare files and assist in monthly bank reconciliations process
  • Responsible for annual reporting including necessary adjustments
  • Support Senior Treasury Specialist in maintaining all bank relationships and acting as a liaison between the Firm and the banks
