Work you’ll do :

• Manage and provision infrastructure, such as servers and networks, in a version-controlled and repeatable manner to reduce errors and improve efficiency
• Track the health of our services, identify and fix problems on complex systems at scale.
• Develop and deploy operational tools to automate processes and reduce operational overhead, using configuration files and scripts rather than manual processes.
• Work with other engineers to build, manage, and optimize massively scaled services.
• May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and / or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

Our Cyber Application Security team advises federal clients on integrating security activities throughout the software development lifecycle to enable the design, build, and deployment of secure applications.

Our team focuses on concept and requirements, design and development, verification, production and maintenance, and retirement.

Qualifications

Required :

• MA / MS degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
• 10+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience deploying with a cloud provider such as Azure, AWS, Cloudflare, or GCP.
• Preferred experience : Experience with Automation Policy Enforcement using Kubernetes, Application Gateways (API Gateway), Admission Controller, or Service Meshes.

Working with other technical domains such as Virtualization, Storage Array Networks, Linux, and Security.

For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,658 to $ 179,431.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
