Reports to : Regional Director of Business Development

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Referral Generation : Drive appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
• Strategic Marketing : Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
• Stakeholder Relationships : Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
• Territory Management : Strategically manage and assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
• Educational In-Services : Provide regular educational sessions to accounts, becoming a valuable resource.
• Compliance Champion : Ensure adherence to local, state, federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications You Bring :

• Bachelor's Degree : In Business Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Sales Expertise : Demonstrate three or more years of successful professional sales, preferably in healthcare.
• Communication Guru : Master communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Strategic Thinker : Develop and execute a market-oriented plan that aligns with growth objectives.
• Driving Force : Possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a reliable, insured automobile.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with MS Office and able to leverage technology effectively.
