The Profile
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements.
Minimum 0-2 years of clinical laboratory testing experience is required.
- Additional Skills :
- ASCP or AMT certification is preferred.
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
- You have working knowledge of blood bank, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, ASCP and AMT
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
