We are currently seeking to hire a highly skilled and dependable CNC Machinist to join our production team.

SHIFT HOURS : 4PM TO 1 : 30AM

CNC Machinist Job Summary :

Computer numerical control (CNC) machinists play a crucial role in the manufacturing industry today, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and refining raw materials into finished products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Check CNC machinery is in good working order.
• Set up equipment to successfully conduct the run as specified operating equipment and inspect finished parts.
• Being accurate with the manufacturing of the metal precision components
• Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met.
• Perform all necessary machine maintenance.
• Monitor the machinery and conduct regular quality checks to ensure they are running properly and that the parts are being produced according to specifications.
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately.
• Practice good housekeeping by keeping all work areas clean and organized.
• Analyze specification in drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements.
• Develop a plan of action to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Measure and load raw materials into bar feeder.
• Set up equipment and paperwork required to complete each step of the manufacturing plan.
• Monitor the production process and intervene when problems arise.
• Inspect finished parts for flaws and defects.

Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications) :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
• Follow clear and concise standards and procedures.
• Able to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Accuracy on measuring parts
• Ambassador of efficiency and quality by creating the parts to satisfy our valued customers.
