MATERIAL DELIVERY DRIVER
Garcia Roofing is looking for a Material Delivery Driver to join our team. Your role is to perform manual duties in the warehouse, deliver materials and haul full dumpsters to local landfills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to) :
- Haul heavy utility trailers and dump trailers.
- Follow instructions from your supervisor.
- Pick up and deliver the correct materials to the correct jobsite.
- Ability to load, unload, and move materials to jobsite.
- Pick up / load materials into the vehicle and follow safety procedures.
- Lift heavy objects by hand or with the power hoist.
- Clean work area, machines, and equipment.
- Learn to safely operate all the necessary equipment in the work area.
- Drivers must load and unload materials, make deliveries, and return unused material to the warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift / carry heavy materials.
- Must have experience with hauling trailers or heavy trailers.
- Forklift and trailer experience is preferred
- Able to pass DMV check, background check and drug screen.
GENERAL INFORMATION :
- Work Schedule : (Full time)
- Monday - Friday
- 7 AM to 4 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
