What you’ll do :
- Manage all incoming leads via TripleSeat, telephone, email and other channels; assists with managing event softwareClose deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needsManage annual sales goals for selected restaurants by booking group eventsSeek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking and community events to procure new businessBuild guest loyalty and book repeat businessCommunicate with the service team all event details;
- partners with General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectivesWork with the Director of Group Sales and the restaurant operations team to establish pricing for Private Dining menus;
keeps competitive pricing with other restaurants and resorts in general vicinityBook small to large events and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
