Duties
- Supervising housekeeping staff to maintain the facility clean, organized and neat.
- Planning and allocating daily workload to housekeeping staff based on guest count.
- Ensuring that staff follow housekeeping policies and safety.
- Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- Scheduling cleaning assignments and arranging for repairs when necessary.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Further education in hospitality management, housekeeping, or related field
- Experience and knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Staff management skills
- Previous experience leading a large group
