Client : Major construction and engineering equuipment manufacturer.
Overview :
Position will be responsible for monitoring CI / CD pipelines for smooth and successful builds and develop the UAT and production release plans.
Coordinate with important stakeholders such as QA, Infrastructure, Product and Business managers to resolve build problems, determine the release feature set and gathering of release documentation.
Position will also will perform DevOps role as secondary role.
Role :
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and engineering team.
- Conduct scrum on scrum calls and manage the release cadence and do releases.
- Schedule : Monday thru Friday; 1st Shift (will be working off hours as well); candidates need to be flexible on working hours.
- Onsite about one day a week. Onsite time may increase.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years’ experience.
- 5+ years of IT release or delivery management.
- 3+ experience with CI / CD pipelines, GIT and DevOps tools and technologies
- Experience in / with Azure DevOps and working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum) with multiple other teams as a Scrum Master or Program Manager or Project Coordinator.
- Strong understanding and / or experience in some of the following such as AWS Cloud, automated CICD and BDD with Cucumber.
- Proficiency in AWS services technologies such as ECS, EC2, EBS, S3, Glacier, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, IAM, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, and Lambda.
- Proficient in Python programming language and tech stacks.
