Qualifications and Requirements
Highschool diploma, or equivalent required. Certified Coding Specialist(CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required.
Registered HealthInformation Management Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health InformationManagement Technician (RHIT) preferred.
Minimum two year’sICD-9-CM / CPT coding, and DRG, APC assignment experience in a hospital settingdesirable.
Starting Hourly Rate $41.10
