Key ResponsibilitiesAudit referrals for data integrity and confirm appropriateness for Clinical ReviewCommunicate results and requirements to internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with core Operations teams and handle various referral appeals and inquiriesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAssociate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferably experience in a clinical or medical office settingExperience in a therapeutic rehabilitation setting is preferredIntroductory level understanding of clinical or medical terminologyZero to two years of experience in the workers compensation industry
