The Project Manager will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, direct and coordinate construction projects according to the specs
• Oversee the construction project, scheduling and coordinating and take control of necessary matters
• Ensure that the project is completed within a specified time and determine the best source of construction materials
• Monitor and direct the progress at the construction site such as delivery of materials, construction tools and equipment
• Ensure the safety precautions are adhered to by the all workers on job site
• Proficient in MS Office products
