The Automation Controls Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development, testing, and debugging of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) programs for automated equipment.

Focus :
- Investigate and resolve issues associated with assembly automation, workstations, robotics, and automated equipment.
- Develop, test, and debug PLC and HMI programs to ensure reliability and safety in automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and process issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Oversee successful customer installations, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain adherence to quality and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in machine controls and mechanical aptitude.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with other duties as assigned.
Skill Set :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, controls engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Adherence to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Ability to read and edit electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with robotics, machining, assembly lines, and conveyors preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
