We are presently on the lookout for a seeking professional as Quality Control Engineer in Danvers, MA.

Location : Danvers, MA (near I-95 and US Route 1).

Position Summary and Key Responsibilities :
As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing the return processes in alignment with organizational objectives.
This role demands strong attention to detail, experience in quality control, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistent product quality.
- Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement, using statistical methods to assess production reliability.
- Oversee the end-to-end RMA process, ensuring returns are handled in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Investigate and identify root causes of defects or quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with standards and procedures.
- Provide training to production staff on quality control processes and standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the RMA and quality control processes.
- Generate regular reports on RMA metrics, return rates, and resolution times, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations, including cleanroom procedures.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA / QC.
- Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or similar certifications preferred.
- Experience implementing quality management systems (i.e., ISO 9001).
- Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (permanent resident).
